The Osceola County Commission on March 20 at 5:30 p.m. will consider approving the sale of 309 acres owned by the county to Paris-based CMG Clean Tech.
The company — which develops commercial and residential solar panels and tiles, lithium batteries, electric vehicle charging systems, infrared heating systems, solar-assisted heat pumps and more — was the lone bidder on the property, referred to as the “Mac Overstreet” site.
